The festive season is time for gifting, and chocolates always top the list for a guilt-free indulgence and make ideal gifts for your loved ones.

And if you thought, chocolates are not good for health, think again. Heaped with a myriad of antioxidants and flavonoids, chocolates lower blood pressure and stimulate secretion of endorphin, a necessary hormone for relieving stress and anxiety.

Gifting a pack of homemade heart-healthy chocolates this festive season can bring great joy and happiness. You can give it your own healthy twist by adding a little orange extract for taste or even chopped dry fruits for that special flavour and crunch.
