We’ve been alerted about scam calls where fraudsters pretend to be from Netmeds. They may claim an issue with your order or refund and ask for UPI payments, share QR codes, or request OTPs.

Please know that these calls are not from us.

Just a few things to remember:

1. Netmeds will never ask you to scan a QR code or send money via UPI
2. We’ll never ask for your OTP or personal banking details
3. We won’t send random links or apps to download

How to Stay Safe?

Don’t share OTPs, even if the caller sounds convincing
Ignore and report anyone asking for payments or personal info
Avoid downloading apps from unknown links
