200 grams plain Pecans

50 ml organic honey

¼ cup brown sugar

Pinch of salt

500 grams plain Pecans

½ tsp pure vanilla essence

1 tsp freshly ground cinnamon powder

Pinch of salt


Toast Pecans in a dry pan till they turn aromatic. You can also toast them for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius for 8 minutes

Add toasted Pecans into a food processor and blend it at regular intervals for several times, till Pecans get crushed and turn buttery and creamy to touch
