Refund Policy

At, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Full Refund Possible If:

  • you received a defective item;
  • the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
  • the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
  • an item(s) is missing from your order
Please Note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by NMS Wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.If the mode of refund is for a Cash on Delivery payment, we will require an image of a voided cheque leaf or of a bank statement to ensure that the account numbers are accurate. Once approved COD refunds may take as long as 3 weeks. To expedite the refund process, all refunds may be made to the “customer wallet” which is a very fast process.

How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund for a defective or damaged item, send the email request to, with your Order ID as the Subject Line, along with a photo of the damaged item(s). To request a refund for a missing item(s), send the email request to with your order ID, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund and specifying which items were missing. In the case of “missing” claims we will review the packing video to make sure all items were placed in the package.

Return Policy

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 30 working days of receipt. We also understand that from time to time, doctors may change prescriptions and when this happens, upon verification, we may waive the 20% restocking charge and allow 100% refund to the customer wallet.

Return Policy Exceptions

Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Injections, Health Monitor & Equipments and Ortho Support. Also, reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."
