    A: ZYBEND CHEWABLE TABLET is used in the management of parasitic worm infections like enterobiasis, ancylostomiasis, hymenolepsiasis, strongyloidiasis, ascariasis, trichuriasis and giardiasis in the body. It is also useful in the management of worm infections of the brain (such as parenchymal neurocysticercosis) and liver, lung or lining of stomach walls (such as Chinese liver fluke disease, cystic hydatid disease) which are caused by larval form of tape worms.

    Q: How ZYBEND CHEWABLE TABLET works in my body?

    A: ZYBEND CHEWABLE TABLET is an antiparasitic medication. It binds to the parasite cell and disrupts their cell structure. It also collapses their metabolism and restricts them from absorbing sugar (glucose) which is essential for their growth and multiplication. This depletes the energy level of the parasite and controls the severity of the infection.

    Q: Can ZYBEND CHEWABLE TABLET be used in patients with kidney problems?

    A: ZYBEND CHEWABLE TABLET should be used with caution in patients with kidney problems. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.

Both men and women taking ZYBEND CHEWABLE TABLET must use proper safety measures to avoid pregnancy while taking ZYBEND CHEWABLE TABLET and up to 3-6 months following discontinuation of the therapy.
