Direction for Use/Dosage
Peel the paper backing off the adhesive strip on the back of the sanitary pad.
Place the pad on the crotch of your underwear with the sticky side down.
Remove the paper from the wings.
Wrap the wings around the underside of your underwear and press them firmly to secure the pad in place.
