    Introduction About WAXZAP EAR DROPS

    WAXZAP Ear Drops is used in patient of impacted wax and keratosis (build-up of keratin in the ear canal). It is a combination of Paradichlorobenzene, Benzocaine, Chlorbutol and Turpentine Oil which belongs to the group of medicines called Otic anti-infective agents, Local anesthetics, Wax softeners and Lubricating agent respectively which helps to provide relief from pain caused by impacted earwax.

    WAXZAP Ear Drops should be used with caution in patients with kidney and liver diseases, hearing problems, intestinal problems, myasthenia gravis and Parkinson’s disease. WAXZAP Ear Drops is not recommended for use in children below 1 year of age.

    Caution must be exercised while using WAXZAP EAR DROPS in pregnant and breast-feeding women. Consult your doctor’s advice to use WAXZAP EAR DROPS in elderly patients. The most common side effects of using WAXZAP EAR DROPS are sleepiness and headache. Talk with your doctor if any of these above side effects worsen or does not improve.

    WAXZAP EAR DROPS aids in the therapy of impacted ear wax and keratosis where Benzocaine belongs to Local anaesthetics which acts on certain nerve pathways and decreases the pain sensation. Paradichlorobenzene acts by reducing the thickness of the impacted wax, facilitating its easy removal. Chlorbutol acts as a wax softener and Turpentine oil removes the dryness and lubricates the ear canal.

    Use WAXZAP EAR DROPS as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Instill 2-3 drops of WAXZAP EAR DROPS in affected ear 3-4 times a day or as directed by the physician.
