Vitexid Plus Tablet is a dietary supplement used to enhance nerve function in conditions like diabetic neuropathy (nerve pain). It contains methylcobalamin, alpha lipoic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, and folic acid as active ingredients that help meet the nutritional requirements of the body.
Folic acid is found to increase the level of nitric acid that relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow to the peripheral nerve tissue.
