Loosen the reinforcement strap and place the support over the affected shoulder. Secure the upper arm strap to a comfortable level. Fasten one end of the looped elastic band, bring it around your back and under the opposite arm, and secure the other end to the front of the shoulder strap. Adjust the compression to your comfort.
