    Direction for Use/Dosage

    For cough suppression in adults and children 2 years and over: Apply a thick layer on the throat and chest. If desired, cover with a warm, dry cloth, but keep clothing loose to allow vapors to reach the nose and mouth. Use up to three times a day or as directed by a doctor.
    For minor muscle and joint aches: Apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
    For steam inhalation (adults and children over 6 years): Add 1-2 teaspoons to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Cover your head with a towel, lean over the bowl, and gently inhale the vapors for 10-15 minutes. Repeat up to 3 times per day.
