    Cleanse Your Skin:

    Wash your face with a gentle cleanser to remove any makeup, dirt, or oils. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
    Choose the Appropriate Electrode:

    High-frequency wands come with various electrodes (glass tubes) designed for different areas of the face and body.
    Insert the Electrode:

    Gently insert the chosen electrode into the wand. Make sure it fits securely.
    Turn On the Wand:

    Plug in the wand and turn it on. Start at the lowest setting and gradually increase as needed.
    Test the electrode on your hand to ensure the intensity is comfortable before applying it to your face.
    Insert the electrode as per requirement, turn on the wand, hold the appliance & gently massage your face.
    Select the suitable level as per your skin requirements, Do not leave the glass electrode on the same part for more than 10 seconds.
