    Introduction About TRICIUM ACTIVE TABLET

    Tricium Active Tablet is a nutritional supplement which is used to improve bone health by managing and managing calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency. It is used for the management of osteoporosis (decreased bone density) such as senile osteoporosis, post-menopausal osteoporosis and hyperhomocysteinemia-induced osteoporosis. It lowers bone fracture due to hypocalcemia and manages osteomalacia (weakened bones). It contains calcium carbonate, vitamin D3, methylcobalamin, L-methyl folate calcium and pyridoxal-5-phosphate as active ingredients.   

    Calcium carbonate provides calcium and vitamin D3 helps to enhance the absorption of calcium. Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) is important for the synthesis of nucleic acid and along with folic acid play important role in metabolic processes. L-methyl folate calcium acts as a source of folic acid and pyridoxal-5-phosphate is an active form of vitamin B6 which is important for various metabolic processes.

Inform your doctor before taking Tricium Active Tablet in case you are suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia (megaloblastic anaemia), folate deficiency, are at risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, sarcoidosis (an inflammatory condition), are at risk of kidney problems and kidney stones. Tricium Active Tablet is least likely to cause any side effects but in case you experience any side effects or allergic reaction after taking this medication consult your doctor immediately.

    Safety Advice

    • Always take Tricium Active Tablet as advised by the physician

    • Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine
    • Do not take Tricium Active Tablet if you have high calcium levels in the blood, urine, suffering from hypervitaminosis D (high vitamin D levels), kidney stones and Leber's disease (a hereditary eye disease)
    • Inform your doctor before taking Tricium Active Tablet in case you are suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia (megaloblastic anaemia), folate deficiency, are at risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, sarcoidosis (an inflammatory condition), are at risk of kidney problems and kidney stones
    • Do not take this medicine in case you are allergic to calcium carbonate, vitamin D3, methylcobalamin, L-methyl folate calcium, pyridoxal-5-phosphate or any other constituent of this medicine
