How THE TRIGLYNASE 2 TABLET Works
Mechanism of Action: Triglynase 2 Tablet Explained
Triglynase 2 Tablet works in type 2 diabetes mellitus by combining three active ingredients namely Glimepiride, Metformin, and Pioglitazone each of which targets different aspects of blood sugar management.
1. Glimepiride: Stimulates the beta cells in the pancreas to release more insulin, which helps move sugar (glucose) from the blood into the body’s cells.
2. Metformin: It reduces the amount of glucose produced by the liver and decreases glucose absorption from the intestines. It also increases the sensitivity of muscle cells to insulin, allowing them to use glucose more efficiently.
3. Pioglitazone: Improves the body’s sensitivity to insulin in the liver, muscle, and fat cells. This helps these tissues remove glucose from the blood more effectively and decreases the amount of glucose produced by the liver.
How Glimepiride, Metformin, and Pioglitazone work together?
Together, these three components work synergistically to lower blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity and reduce the risk of diabetes-related complications.
