    Introduction About TEDYKOFF LX COUGH

    TEDYKOFF LX COUGH is a combination of Pholcodine and Promethazine which belongs to the group of medicines called Cough suppressants and Antiallergic respectively. It is used to manage dry cough and cold in children. This medicine is also used to relieve allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, congestion and stuffiness.

    It is not recommended to give TEDYKOFF LX COUGH to your child if he/she is allergic to any of its ingredients as well as in children below 2 years of age. Before giving TEDYKOFF LX COUGH inform your doctor if your child have any liver, kidney or heart diseases to avoid the chances of getting unwanted side effects.

    Some of the minor and temporary side effects of this medicine may cause, usually, these episodes subside once your child’s body adapts to the medicine. However, in case these effects persist or become bothersome for your child, consult your child’s doctor without any delay.

    TEDYKOFF LX COUGH is a combination of Pholcodine and Promethazine. Pholcodine is a cough suppressant that supress cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Promethazine works by blocking the release of chemicals called histamines, which are responsible to trigger cough due to allergy.

    How to use TEDYKOFF LX COUGH

    Give TEDYKOFF LX COUGH to your child exactly as advised by your doctor’s advice. Shake well before use. Check the label for directions for use. Your child’s doctor will decide the right duration of TEDYKOFF LX COUGH for your child  depending upon their age, body weight and health condition.
