    Introduction About SYNERTAB TABLET

    Synertab Tablet is a combination of amino acid derivative and organic extracts used to manage synovitis. It contains n-acetylglucosamine, silymarin extracts, withania somnifera, boswellia serrata, curcuma longa extract, and zingiber officinalis which helps in reducing inflammation in the synovium of the joint.

    N-Acetylglucosamine is an amino acid derivative which increases the cartilage metabolism by suppressing the degradation of collagen and helps in maintaining the health of the joint. Silymarin extract has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Withania Somnifera helps in immunomodulation and manages nerve degeneration. Boswellia Serrata, Curcuma Longa extract, and Zingiber Officinalis reduces inflammation and pain in the knee joint.

    Take Synertab Tablet as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
