Introduction About SUDIN EX SYRUP
SUDIN EX SYRUP is a combination of Bromhexine, Guaiphenesin, Terbutaline, and Menthol which belongs to the group of medicines called Mucolytics, Expectorants, Bronchodilators, and Soothing agents respectively. It is used to manage cough associated with bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, smoker’s cough, whooping cough, smokers dry cough and post-surgical cough. A cough is a reflex action to clear your airways of mucus and irritants like dust or smoke.
SUDIN EX SYRUP is not recommended for use in children (younger than 6 years of age) so consult your doctor before taking it. Before taking SUDIN EX SYRUP, inform your doctor if you have any allergies or other conditions, or if you are taking any other medicines.
SUDIN EX SYRUP should be used in pregnant and breastfeeding women only if considered necessary by your doctor. The most common side effects of taking SUDIN EX SYRUP are nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, diarrhea, dizziness, or headache. Contact your doctor if any of the above side effects worsen.

How SUDIN EX SYRUP Works
SUDIN EX SYRUP relieves cough where Bromhexine reduces the viscosity of thick mucus secretions, helping in ejecting out the phlegm. Guaiphenesin thins and loosens the mucus in the lungs, making it easier to cough it up where Terbutaline relieves the congestion of the airways, and menthol gives a cooling sensation.
How to use SUDIN EX SYRUP
Take SUDIN EX SYRUP as advised by your physician. Shake well before use. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you according to your age, body weight and disease condition.

How To Manage Side Effects

Diarrhea
Drink lots of fluids, like water or fruit juice to keep yourself hydrated. Do not consume any medicine on your own without consulting your doctor. If diarrhea does not improve, contact your doctor.

Dizziness Or Drowsiness
Lie down until dizziness is resolved, then get up slowly. Do not hurry and move slowly and carefully. Get adequate rest. Drink plenty of water and other fluids. Avoid coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs. If dizziness does not improve, consult your doctor.

Headache
Drink ample amount of water. Get adequate rest. Try to be relaxed and stress free. Consult your doctor before taking any medicine for headache. If headache does not improve, contact your doctor.

Nausea And Vomiting
Take regular sips of a cold drink. Have ginger or peppermint tea. Stick to simple meals. Avoid eating oily or spicy foods. If nausea does not improve, contact your doctor. Get adequate rest. Drink lots of fluids, especially water. Have small sips if you feel sick. Do not take any medicine for vomiting without your doctor's consultation. If vomiting does not improve, contact your doctor.
