It is recommended to use the first-morning urine as it contains the highest concentration of the HCG hormone.
Open the sealed pouch just before you are ready to perform the test.
Add exactly 2 drops of the urine sample into the sample well, marked with an "S".
Read the results within 5 minutes.
After reading the result, discard the test device.
If two distinct lines appear, the result is positive. If only one line appears in the control region, the result is negative. No line or a single line in the test region indicates an invalid test.
