SPARMAX EYE DROPS contains Sparfloxacin, which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics. It manages bacterial conjunctivitis, corneal infections like keratitis, kerato-conjunctivitis and corneal ulcer caused by susceptible micro-organisms.
Sparfloxacin belongs to an antibiotic which works by stopping the action of a bacterial enzyme called DNA-gyrase. This manages the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby working against them.
