Introduction About SOLUDINE PLUS GARGLE
Soludine Plus Gargle is a disinfectant and antiseptic agent that is used to gargle so as to provide temporary relief to the sore throat that happens occasionally. It does so by temporarily reducing the number of germs present in the mouth and throat by killing the causative bacteria and virus, thus providing relief to the inflammation in conditions such as tonsillitis and pharyngitis. Soludine Plus Gargle contains Povidone – Iodine as its main constituent that manages a sore throat.
Povidone-iodine exhibits temporary relief from the sore throat by killing the responsible germs – viruses, bacteria, spores, fungi and other simple organisms, by penetrating into them and oxidising important proteins of the causative organisms. This results in relief from soreness in the throat. It provides quick relief in about 30 seconds.
Soludine Plus Gargle is to be used only according to the directions given by the doctor. Put the required dose in the dosage cup and diluted it with an equal amount of water and then perform gargle with the solution for 30 seconds. It then has to be spit out. Gargles and done by pushing the liquid at the back of the throat and then rinsing and spitting it out. Do not swallow it. It may cause allergic reactions.
