Direction for Use/Dosage
First, remove the pad from the outer wrapper.
Peel off the release paper from the back of the pad to expose the adhesive.
Place the pad on the crotch area of your underwear, with the adhesive side down.
Remove the paper from the wings and wrap them around the underside of the panty to secure it.
For disposal, wrap the used pad in the wrapper of the new pad or toilet paper and throw it in a dustbin. Do not flush the pad in the toilet.
