Introduction About SOFTMEGA CAPSULE
Softmega Capsule is a dietary supplement used to improve renal function, reduces the likelihood of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and prevalence of moderate CKD, slows the progression of kidney disease in individuals with IgA nephropathy. Also, indicated as an adjunct to diet to reduce triglyceride (TG) levels in hypertriglyceridemia (HTG). It improves or lowers the risk in age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and manages kidney damage in individuals taking cyclosporine. It contains eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid as active ingredients to improve overall health.
Omega-3 fatty acids mediate anti-inflammatory actions and higher levels of EPA or DHA have been demonstrated to lower PGE2 and 4 series-LT levels. Eicosapentaenoic acids compete with constitutive amounts of arachidonic acid in cell membranes for the same desaturation enzymes, resulting in the formation of 3-series prostaglandins and thromboxanes, as well as 5-series leukotrienes with minimal pro-inflammatory potential. Through the cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase pathways, EPA and DHA produce resolvins and related lipid signalling molecules such as protectins, which have anti-inflammatory properties. They manage neutrophil transendothelial migration and TNF and IL-1 production.
Always take Softmega Capsule as advised by the doctor. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not chew or open the contents of the medicine. Recommended dosage is 2 to 4 grams orally daily in 2 to 3 divided doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its components.
