    Introduction About SOFRAMAX CREAM

    SOFRAMAX CREAM contains Neomycin which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics. It is indicated for wounds, burns, scalds, cuts, boils, impetigo, furunculosis, sycosis barbae, otitis externa, paronychia, secondary infections and other infective skin diseases.

    Impetigo is a minor infection that can affect any part of the body mostly affecting exposed skin, such as the area around the nose and mouth, as well as the arms and legs. Furunculosis is a deep infection of the hair follicle leading to abscess formation with an accumulation of pus and necrotic tissue.

    Before applying SOFRAMAX CREAM, inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, deep or large puncture wounds, animal bites or serious burns.

    Tell your physician if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy or breastfeeding before applying SOFRAMAX CREAM.

    SOFRAMAX CREAM should be used with caution in children under 2 years of age. Contact your doctor before applying. Contact your physician if you get any allergic reactions such as irritation, burning, redness, rashes or itching.
