    How to use: Sterilize the applicator before use, by putting it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes or use Sirona Menstrual Cup Sterilizer. Unwrap a tampon with clean hands. Pull out the stem of the applicator, remove the lid and place the tampon inside. Ensure that the string is coming out of the hole. Insert the applicator into your vagina and push the steam to insert the tampon inside. Wash the applicator with soap, cover it and store until next use. Sterilize the applicator before and after every cycle.
