Direction for Use/Dosage
Using clean hands, peel the adhesive strip from the underside of the sanitary pad.
Place the pad, sticky side down, onto the inside of your underwear.
After 3 to 5 hours, or as needed depending on your flow, remove the pad from the underwear.
Wrap the used pad, preferably in a sanitary disposal bag, and throw it in a waste bin.
Do not flush the used pad in the toilet.
