Direction for Use/Dosage
Always consult your baby's physician before use. Use water that has been boiled for 5 minutes and allowed to cool to a lukewarm temperature. Follow the mixing instructions on the package carefully. Use only the scoop provided in the jar. For standard reconstitution, use one level scoop of powder for each 30 ml of water. Shake the mixture well until the powder is fully dissolved. Once feeding begins, use the formula within one hour or discard it. If preparing more than one feeding, it must be refrigerated at 2° - 4° C and used within 24 hours.
