Take a pad out of its individual wrapper and straighten it. Peel off the paper from the adhesive strip on the back of the pad. Securely stick the pad to the inside front of your close-fitting underwear, ensuring the wider part is at the top. Pull up your underwear, making sure the guard is positioned correctly and comfortably. It is recommended to use these pads with snug-fitting underwear, not loose boxer shorts, to ensure they stay in place. Dispose of the used product in a bin; do not flush it down the toilet.
