Place your arm on a flat surface, like a table, with your palm facing upwards.
Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, ensuring it is about 1-2 cm above your elbow and at the same level as your heart.
Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement. The cuff will inflate and then deflate automatically.
Remain still and quiet until the measurement is complete.
Your blood pressure and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen. The device will shut off automatically after one minute of inactivity.
