Introduction About SACURISE 50 TABLET

What is SACURISE 50 Tablet?

SACURISE 50 Tablet is a combination of Sacubitril (24 mg) and Valsartan (26 mg), medications that assist in managing chronic heart conditions by helping relax blood vessels and improving heart pumping efficiency. This combination helps support better blood flow and reduces strain on the heart for individuals with heart function concerns.

Monitor blood pressure and kidney function regularly during use. Discuss all existing health conditions and medications with your healthcare provider before starting SACURISE 50 Tablet.

Before taking SACURISE 50 TABLET inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney or heart problems. It is not recommended for use in pregnant and breast-feeding women. It is not suitable for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age and it should be used with caution in elderly patients (65 years of age and above).

The most common side effects of taking SACURISE 50 TABLET are dizziness, cough, headache, tiredness, nausea and weakness. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.

Benefits of SACURISE 50 TABLET

  • Helps improve heart function and ease symptoms linked to reduced heart efficiency
  • Supports lowering the risk of hospitalization and cardiovascular events in chronic heart conditions

How SACURISE 50 TABLET Works

SACURISE 50 TABLET helps to manage long-term heart failure, where Sacubitril works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels and makes it easier for the heart to pump blood throughout the body and Valsartan works by relaxing the blood vessels by blocking a substance called angiotensin-II (causing blood vessels to tighten) which is produced in the body and thus lowers the blood pressure.
