    Introduction About ROSYCAP HC TABLET

ROSYCAP HC TABLET is a combination of L Methylfolate, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate, Rosuvastatin, and Vitamin D3 which belongs to the group of medicines called Folic acid derivatives, Cobalamin derivatives, Pyridoxine derivatives, Statins, and Vitamin D derivatives respectively. It is used to manage dyslipidaemia.

Dyslipidaemia is a condition caused by an imbalance of lipids in the blood, including cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high-density lipoprotein (HDL). It is characterized by symptoms such as chest tightness, dizziness, heart palpitations, exhaustion, swelling of the ankles, or troubled breathing.

Avoid drinking alcohol while taking ROSYCAP HC TABLET. It is not recommended for use if you are allergic to L-methylfolate, Methylcobalamine, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, Rosuvastatin, or Cholecalciferol. It is not recommended for use in people with liver diseases, kidney stones, or severe kidney problems.

Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you are suffering from liver impairment or other liver problems. It should be used with caution in patients at high risk of heart attacks or strokes. This medicine should be used with caution in patients who have or have had renal failure or other kidney problems.

ROSYCAP HC TABLET is not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is also not recommended for use in children (aged below 12 years). It should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 70 years).

The common side effects associated with the use of ROSYCAP HC TABLET are headache, stomach pain, constipation, nausea, muscle pain, weakness, or dizziness. Contact your doctor if any of the conditions worsen.

    How ROSYCAP HC TABLET Works

ROSYCAP HC TABLET helps in controlling blood lipid levels, where B vitamins, including L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin, and pyridoxal-5-phosphate, play a vital role in fat metabolism in the body by acting as the prime co-enzymes in essential oxidation-reduction reactions involved in various metabolic reactions.

Rosuvastatin works by slowing the synthesis of cholesterol in the body, thereby decreasing the amount of cholesterol that may stick to the walls of blood vessels and block the blood flow to the body parts. Vitamin D3 is known to lower triglyceride levels.

It is also known to have a correlation with increasing high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (good cholesterol) but also with low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (bad cholesterol).
