Introduction About RETIGARD OD TABLET
Retigard-OD Tablet is a special dietary supplement called AREDS 2 that is used to manage Age-related macular degeneration (AMD). It contains Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Zinc, Vitamin C, Copper, and Vitamin E as the active ingredients that can help slow down vision loss.
Lutein and Zeaxanthin provide antioxidant activity and protect the eye from phototoxic damage that can be caused due to blue and near-ultraviolet light radiation. Vitamin C and E can slow the progression of AMD and vision loss. Zinc plays a crucial role in bringing Vitamin A from the liver to the retina to produce melanin. Copper ensures the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Always take Retigard-OD Tablet as advised by the physician. Swallow Retigard-OD Tablet with a glass of water, do not crush, chew, or break the tablet. Take one tablet per day or as advised. Make sure to not exceed the recommended daily dosage of Retigard-OD Tablet.
