    Introduction About RESTNAP CHEWABLE TABLET

    RESTNAP Chewable Tablet is a sleep medicine that helps you sleep better. It regulates your sleep-wake up cycle and improves the quality of your sleep which makes it suitable for use in people suffering from jet lag due to travelling across different time zones. It also increases total sleep time in people suffering from sleeplessness and manages restless legs and anxiety by producing a calming effect.

    It contains L-Theanine, Melatonin, Passionflower, Magnesium, Valerian Root, Chamomile flower and Piperine as active ingredients.

    Melatonin is a sleep hormone that is naturally produced by the body. It synchronizes the body’s biological day-and-night rhythm. When given as a supplementation, it restores body’s biological day-and-night rhythm that has been disturbed by travelling across time zones.

    Valerian root and Passionflower are herbal medicines believed to improve sleep quality and duration. Studies have shown that they work by depressing the activity of central nervous system and increase the activity of certain brain chemicals (like serotonin) that induce calmness and eventually sleep. The also control mood changes, anxiety, nervousness and help control behavioural problems.

    Magnesium is an essential trace element proven to be effective in improving mood and mental health and induce calmness. L-Theanine is a compound proven to improve sleep quality, relaxation and improves mental health, especially when combined with magnesium complexes. Research indicates that Chamomile extract and Piperine reduces sleep latency (time taken to fall asleep), reduces night awakening and improves sleep quality.
