Introduction About REDICATE CLAV 200MG TABLET

REDICATE CLAV 200MG TABLET is a combination of Cefixime and Clavulanic acid, which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics. It is used to manage bacterial infections of the ear, nose, throat, respiratory tract (bronchus, lungs), urinary tract, and genital tract. It can also be used in the management of typhoid fever.

A bacterial infection can be defined as the proliferation of various harmful strains of bacteria within the body. They can affect any part(s) of the body, including the respiratory tract, urinary tract, reproductive tract, eyes, ears, skin, soft tissue, or bones.

Take REDICATE CLAV 200MG TABLET for the stipulated duration as instructed by the doctor to achieve better results. Failing to complete the full course of the therapy or skipping doses in between the therapy may not result in adequate infection control.

How REDICATE CLAV 200MG TABLET Works

REDICATE CLAV 200MG TABLET is a powerful antibiotic. It contains two medicines, namely, cefixime and clavulanic acid. Cefixime kills the susceptible bacteria by blocking the bacterial cell wall synthesis.

Clavulanic acid stops the bacteria from producing toxic proteins (such as beta lactamases) that can reduce the effects of antibiotics. Collectively, these actions destroy the susceptible bacteria and manage their further growth and multiplication, which in turn reduces the severity of the infection.

How to use REDICATE CLAV 200MG TABLET

Take REDICATE CLAV 200MG TABLET as advised by your physician. It can be taken with or without food.
