Introduction About PYRIGESIC SUSPENSION
Pyrigesic suspension is an analgesic antipyretic medicine used to manage fever and helps to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, migraine, nerve pain, toothache, menstrual pain, sore throat, symptoms of cold and flu. It contains paracetamol as an active ingredient.
Paracetamol reduces pain by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the brain called prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. It also reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus (an area of the brain), that regulates the body temperature.
Take Pyrigesic suspension exactly as advised by your doctor. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the stated daily recommended usage. Pyrigesic suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney diseases, fructose, or any other sugar intolerance. Pyrigesic suspension should not be given for individuals who are allergic to paracetamol or taking other medicines containing paracetamol.
