INTRODUCTION ABOUT PRUCAL LOTION
Prucal Lotion is a moisturizing lotion used to relieve skin irritation, napkin rashes, sore areas, bedsores, skin allergies and aging, wrinkled and dry skin, acne and chigger (red bugs) bites. It contains calamine, bentonite, zinc oxide, aloe vera, light liquid paraffin and vitamin E as active ingredients that work together to moisturize the skin.
Calamine relieves itching by exerting skin protecting and astringent action. It also seems to slow down bacterial growth, managing infections from worsening. Bentonite has a natural anti-bacterial property which heals the pimples.
Zinc oxide helps manage and heal skin irritation by providing a skin barrier. Aloe Vera plays a role in increasing the capillary blood circulation in the skin. It also has anti-inflammatory action and anti-pruritic action which plays a role in relieving the itchy skin.
Light liquid paraffin provides a layer of oil on the surface of the skin to manage water from being evaporated from the skin surface and acts as a skin barrier. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant where it reduces the oxidative stress that can damage the skin cells.
Always use Prucal Lotion as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Prucal Lotion should not be used in pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children without doctor’s consultation.
