POVID Solution is an antiseptic solution used to manage skin infections from minor cuts, wounds, scraps and burns. It contains povidone-iodine as the active ingredient.
Povidone-Iodine is an antimicrobial agent. It rapidly penetrates the cell wall of the microorganisms and disrupts their cell structure, leading to cell death. Therefore, it manages the infection from spreading further and helps in faster healing.
