    Gently lather up an adequate quantity, on wet hair. Leave it on for 2 minutes before rinsing & follow with a gentle conditioner or hair mask. Avoid combing wet hair. If blow drying, use gentle heat & speed. And it’s always a good idea to oil your hair pre-shampoo. Use at least 2-3 times a week for best results.
