Sit in a comfortable, upright position and place the breast pump cushion on your breast, ensuring the nipple is centered. Press the power button to turn on the pump; it will start in stimulation mode to encourage milk let-down. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust through the 8 stimulation levels. Once milk begins to flow, the pump will switch to expression mode, where you can choose from 16 different settings for your comfort.
