    Description

The Philips Avent Manual Breast Pump is designed for mothers who need a portable and discreet way to express milk. Its Natural Motion Technology is inspired by a baby's suckling action, combining suction and nipple stimulation to encourage a quick milk flow. The design allows mothers to sit upright comfortably without needing to lean forward, and its compact, lightweight build makes it convenient for use on the go. The soft silicone cushion is made to flex and adapt, fitting most nipple sizes.

Natural Motion Technology: An innovative silicone flange stimulates the nipple, similar to a baby's suckling, to help initiate milk flow quickly.
Soft Adapting Silicone Cushion: The one-size-fits-all cushion gently flexes and adapts to fit different nipple sizes (up to 30mm).
Express Without Leaning Forward: The pump is designed to allow you to sit in a comfortable, upright position while expressing milk.
Portable and Lightweight: Its small, compact design makes it easy to store and transport for discreet pumping on the go.
Easy to Clean and Assemble: With only a few parts, the pump is simple to assemble, disassemble, and clean.

Q: How should the Philips Avent Manual Breast Pump be cleaned?
A: Disassemble all parts that come into contact with milk. Wash them in warm, soapy water, then rinse thoroughly. For disinfection, you can boil the parts for 5 minutes or use a Philips Avent steam steriliser. Always allow parts to air-dry on a clean surface. It is advisable to clean the pump after every use.

Q: Are the materials used in the breast pump safe?
A: Yes, the parts of the Philips Avent Manual Breast Pump that come into contact with breast milk, including the bottle, are made from materials like polypropylene and silicone which are BPA-free.

Q: Can I use this pump with other feeding bottles?
A: This pump is designed to be compatible with Philips Avent baby bottles. Compatibility with other brands is not assured, so it is recommended to use the corresponding brand's bottles. It is also suggested not to use glass bottles with the pump.

Q: Is the pump's cushion suitable for all nipple sizes?
A: The soft, adaptive silicone cushion is designed to flex and fit a wide range of nipple sizes, accommodating sizes up to 30mm.

Q: Should I consult a professional before using a breast pump?
A: It is always recommended to consult with a lactation consultant or a healthcare professional for guidance on breast pumping, especially if you have any concerns or questions about your milk supply or breastfeeding journey.
