Introduction About PERNEX AC 5% GEL
Pernex AC 5% Gel is an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent used to topically manage mild to moderate acne vulgaris in patients 12 years of age and older. It has microsponge technology which reduces skin irritation and facial sebum accumulation. It contains Benzoyl Peroxide as an active ingredient which helps manage acne.
Benzoyl peroxide is an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent, which kills the Cutibacterium acnes bacteria (germs), which is one of the main causes of acne.
Always apply Pernex AC 5% Gel as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. Avoid contact with lips, eyes, eyelids, and mucous membranes. It should not be used on damaged skin.
Caution should be exercised when applying Pernex AC 5% Gel to the neck and other sensitive areas. Avoid too much exposure to sunlight or other sources of UV light (Ex. sun bed). Do not use Pernex AC 5% Gel during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless advised by the doctor.
