Pegmini Powder is a laxative used to relieve occasional constipation and produce bowel movement in 1-3 days. It contains Polyethylene Glycol 3350 as active ingredient.
Polyethylene Glycol is an osmotic laxative. It works by drawing water into the lumen of the intestines, thereby increasing water retention in bowel. As a result, loose stools are produced and constipation is managed.
Always take Pegmini Powder as advised by your doctor. It is for oral use only. Mix 1 cup (17gm) of powder with water/milk/fresh juice stir well and consume fully at bedtime. Do not take it if you are diagnosed with a kidney disorder, except under the supervision of a doctor.
