Introduction About PANATOL EXTRA TABLET
Panatol Extra Tablet is an analgesic and antipyretic which is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and fever. It contains Paracetamol as an active ingredient that blocks the pathways responsible for causing pain or fever.
Paracetamol works by inhibiting the production of a chemical called prostaglandins in the body which is responsible for causing pain and swelling in the body. It reduces fever by affecting an area of the brain that is responsible for regulating our body temperature called hypothalamic heat-regulating center.
Always take Panatol Extra Tablet as directed by your doctor. Swallow Panatol Extra Tablet with a glass of water, do not crush, chew, or break the tablet. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage as it may cause serious liver damage. Consult your doctor if you experience any allergic reactions while taking this tablet.
