It also helps to relieve indigestion, heart burn, excess gas, stomach upset, bloating and stomach discomfort. OMEE MPS SAUNF FLAVOUR Liquid contains Aluminium hydroxide, Magnesium hydroxide, and Dimethicone as active ingredients that help to neutralize excess acid in stomach.
Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide neutralize the excess acid present in the stomach that increases the stomach PH. Dimethicone is an antiflatulent agent that helps to relieve excess gas.
