How OLMESAR AV TABLET Works
OLMESAR AV TABLET effectively reduces high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol levels. It contains two medicines namely, olmesartan and atorvastatin. Olmesartan relaxes the blood vessels supplying the heart and other vital organs of the body. As a result, it improves blood flow and oxygen supply to the heart which reduces strain on the heart and improves heart functions.
Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine. It blocks the release of certain enzymes (HMG-CoA reductase) that is involved in cholesterol formation within the body. It also reduces the amount of cholesterol produced by the liver and improves the excretion of lipids from the body via faeces.
Collectively, this medicine reduces blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels and manages you from their associated risks.
