Introduction About OCAL C TABLET

Ocal C Tablet is a bone health supplement used to manage or manage osteoporosis and calcium and vitamin D deficiency. It contains calcium citrate, vitamin d3, magnesium, and zinc as active ingredients.

Vitamin D3 helps in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the intestine for the formation and maintenance of strong bones. Calcium citrate provides calcium and helps in maintenance of bone mass. Zinc is essential for normal skeletal growth and promotes bone regeneration. Magnesium promotes bone growth by stimulating bone forming cells.

Take Ocal C Tablet as advised by the doctor. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the tablet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
