Introduction About MYCOSPOR CREAM
Mycospor Cream is an antifungal cream used to manage fungal infections of the skin such as Athlete’s Foot. It can also be used in the management of fungal infections of the nail bed after removal of the infected nail using topical management.
It contains Bifonazole as an active ingredient. Bifonazole works by blocking the biosynthesis of ergosterol, an essential constituent of fungal cell membrane which helps to keep the fungal cell intact and supports their growth and multiplication.
Inhibition of ergosterol biosynthesis damages the fungal cell integrity and leads to the inhibition of fungal growth.
Use Mycospor Cream as advised by your physician. Gently apply the required amount of the cream on the affected skin areas. Do not cover the affected skin after application. Avoid contact of this cream with eyes or mouth, if happens rinse it thoroughly with water. Continue to apply this medicine, as long as your doctor tells you to do so, to obtain better results.
