Introduction About MUCOPAIN GEL
Mucopain is a topical anaesthetic used to produce anaesthesia for all mucous membranes that are accessible, except for the eyes, and for short-term local relief of pain associated with oropharyngeal and dental problems.
It contains Benzocaine as an active ingredient which is used for short-term relief of local pain.
Benzocaine quickly goes under the painful area and stops the flow of pain sensation through nerves, by making the area numb and relieving from pain.
Always apply Mucopain as advised by your physician. Stop taking it and consult your doctor if sensitivity or irritation occurs.
Safety of this medicine is not established during pregnancy. Do not cover the affected area with cotton or anything else. It should not be used in infants.
