    MUCAINE MINT GEL(ORAL) is used to provide relief from stomach pain and inflammation associated with peptic ulcers, reduces acidity, heartburn and signs of indigestions like acid reflux, burping, bloating etc. MUCAINE MINT GEL(ORAL) contains Aluminium hydroxide, Magnesium hydroxide and Oxetacaine which belong to a group of medicines called Antacids and Local anaesthetics respectively.

    MUCAINE MINT GEL(ORAL) is not recommended for patients with chronic renal failure. Patients should be advised not to take any oral medication within 1 to 2 hours of taking MUCAINE MINT GEL(ORAL), as it has potential interactions with other medicines. Patients should be informed that MUCAINE MINT GEL(ORAL) held for a long time in the mouth may impair taste sensation because of its oxetacaine content.
