    Introduction About MOISTUREX CALM LOTION

    MOISTUREX CALM LOTION is a combination of Calamine and Light liquid paraffin which belongs to the group of medicines called Astringents and Emollients respectively. It is used to manage pruritis (itching) and smoothen your skin.

    MOISTUREX CALM LOTION is suitable for use in children but consult your doctor before using it on your child. Before using this medicine, inform your doctor about any medicines that you are taking including non-prescription products (Ex. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, or if you are about to have an X-ray.

    MOISTUREX CALM LOTION should be used with caution in pregnant and breastfeeding women so consult your doctor for advice.     MOISTUREX CALM LOTION relieves skin irritation where calamine coagulates protein and forms a protective coat, allowing new tissue to regenerate underneath, and light liquid paraffin forms a barrier by locking moisture into the skin.

    Always apply MOISTUREX CALM LOTION as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Apply gently on the affected skin. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you according to your age, body weight and disease condition.
