Introduction About MICRONISED OVIGYN D 75MG CAPSULE
MICRONISED OVIGYN D 75MG CAPSULE contains Dehydroepiandrosterone which belongs to the group of medicines called Steroid hormones. It is used for women with diminished ovarian reserve and poor responders undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF).
MICRONISED OVIGYN D 75MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients with any form of cancer or at risk of cancer (such as breast cancer and prostate cancer). It should be used with caution in patients with liver disease, kidney impairment and ischaemic heart disease.
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during management with MICRONISED OVIGYN D 75MG CAPSULE as it may increase the risk of mania. MICRONISED OVIGYN D 75MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in pregnant and breast-feeding women.
The side effects of taking MICRONISED OVIGYN D 75MG CAPSULE are oily skin, facial hair growth, acne, hair loss and voice deepening. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.

Take MICRONISED OVIGYN D 75MG CAPSULE as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. - any form of cancer or at risk of cancer

- are at risk of breast cancer (in women, including postmenopausal women) and prostate cancer
- have hypercholesterolaemia (high amounts of cholesterol in the blood)
- have active or a history of psychiatric disorders (risk of exacerbation)
- have a history of mood disorders

Before taking MICRONISED OVIGYN D 75MG CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines:
- medicines such as acetophenazine, carbamazepine, chlorpromazine, chlorprothixene, clozapine, ethopropazine, fluphenazine, mesoridazine, methdilazine, perazine, perphenazine, pipotiazine, prochlorperazine, promazine, promethazine, propiomazin, thioridazine, trifluoperazine, triflupromazine, haloperidol, lithium, loxapine, molindone, olanzapine, quetiapine, risperidone and valproic acid (used to manage mental or psychotic disorders)
- medicines such as citalopram, escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine and sertraline (used to manage depression)
- medicines such as conjugated oestrogens, esterified oestrogens, oestradiol, oestradiolcypionate, estropipate and ethinylestradiol (used to manage menopausal symptoms and manages pregnancy)
- testosterone (used to increase muscle strength and mass)
- triazolam (used to manage insomnia)
- thyroid hormones such as levothyroxine (used to manage hypothyroidism)
Overdosage:
If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of MICRONISED OVIGYN D 75MG CAPSULE, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Overdose may result in insulin resistance.
