Introduction About METHICO AL TABLET
Methico AL Tablet is a nutritional supplement used to manage diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It contains mecobalamin and alpha lipoic acid as active ingredients that helps to improve nerve health.
Mecobalamin helps in the formation of myelin sheath, which protects the nerve fibers. It also promotes regeneration of injured nerves. Alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant, helps to protect the nerves from free radical damage.
